Branded Company Apparel: A Buyer's Guide

Branded apparel is marketing your team wears every day. Done well, a logo polo or a clean embroidered cap reads professional and gets your name in front of customers for years. Done cheaply, it lives at the bottom of a drawer. The difference is in the spec.

Print or embroider the logo?

  • Embroidery — premium, durable, and ideal for left-chest logos on polos, jackets, and caps.
  • Screen print / DTF — best for larger or full-color logos and lower cost on tees.
  • Rule of thumb: small mark = embroider; big or colorful = print.

Pick garments people will wear

Match the garment to the role: soft tees for warehouse and events, polos for front-of-house and sales, quarter-zips and caps for management and trade shows. One coordinated color story across tees, polos, and hats makes the whole team look intentional.

Nail the brand color

Supply your exact brand colors (hex or Pantone) so prints and thread match across reorders. Consistency is what makes apparel look branded instead of generic.

Build a sample in the designer with your logo, or request a company quote for a full kit.
