File formats we accept
- Vector (best): .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg — these scale to any size without losing quality.
- Raster: .png with transparent background, at least 300 DPI at the print size.
- Avoid: .jpg with a white background (we'll have to remove it, sometimes for a fee).
Sizing
Standard adult chest print is 10–12 inches wide. Pocket prints are ~3.5" wide. Full-back prints can go up to 14" wide. Hat embroidery is ~4" wide × 2.25" tall.
Color
For screen printing, give us Pantone (PMS) codes if you have brand colors. For DTG and embroidery we'll match as close as we can to whatever the file shows — but monitor color varies, so trust the Pantone or our printed swatch over what your screen displays.
Fonts
Outline your fonts before sending (in Illustrator: Select all → Type → Create Outlines). Otherwise we have to guess at or substitute the font.
