Screen Printing

The classic method. Bold colors, sharp edges, and prints that last hundreds of washes.

When to use it

Screen printing is our best value for bulk orders. Each color in your design becomes its own screen, so the more colors you have, the more it costs to set up. For 1–6 spot colors and quantities above 24, it's almost always the right call.

Best for

  • Team shirts, event tees, band merch, fundraisers
  • Designs with solid colors and clean edges
  • Orders of 24+ pieces
  • Cotton, blends, and synthetics

How it works

  1. You upload your design in the designer.
  2. We separate the colors and burn a screen for each one.
  3. Ink is pushed through each screen onto the shirt, color by color.
  4. Shirts go through a curing oven so the ink bonds permanently.

Pricing notes

Screen-print pricing is based on quantity × colors × placements. Bigger runs are dramatically cheaper per shirt — a 100-piece order can run under $5 each for a single-color front print on a Gildan 5000.
