When to use it

Embroidery is the go-to for corporate uniforms, golf polos, hats, and bag tags. Thread is stitched directly into the fabric so the result has texture and dimension you can feel. It looks great even after years of wear.

Best for

• Polos, button-ups, jackets, aprons
• Hats and beanies (embroidery only — no screen print on hats)
• Left-chest logos, sleeve hits, back-of-hat stitching
• Simple, bold logos with limited fine detail

How it works

1. You send us your logo.
2. We digitize it — turn the artwork into a stitch file the machine can read.
3. The garment is hooped and stitched on a multi-needle embroidery machine.
4. We trim threads and quality-check before shipping.

A note on detail

Embroidery loves simple shapes and bold lines. Fine text under ~6pt can fill in and become hard to read. If your logo has tiny details we'll send you a stitch preview before production so there are no surprises.
